Eden Beta was discovered in 2071 as the second Eden Planet.
History[]
The planet was accidentally discovered in 2071 when a satellite went off course. While it would be possible to colonize the planet it didn't get the Prime status because of the low amounts of minerals and ores on the planet.
In 2076 a small group of researchers spotted a giant anomaly on the surface - called Anomaly Grinberg - which turned out as some kind of portal to an unknown place. The anomaly was named after the leader of the group which discovered it. Researcheres tried to locate the exit but after a terrible failure in 2077 the project around the anomaly stopped and the area around the anomaly became a exclusion zone.
